MACK™ – Multi Air Command Kits
Portable Air Distribution for Fire and Rescue
The MACK™ System is a portable air distribution box designed to meet the demanding needs of the Fire, Rescue, and Emergency Response industries. Developed and tested by professional firefighters, each unit complies with NFPA requirements.
Key Features:
- MACK-1™ Basic Functions: Utilizes one or two SCBA cylinders to supply air.
- High Pressure Inlet: CGA-347 inlet for continuous operation from truck-mounted air cylinders.
- Low Pressure Regulator: Provides 0-125 psi air to a four-outlet respirator manifold.
- Standard Safety Features: Includes a low-pressure alarm whistle and a DC lamp for interior illumination.
The MACK™ System offers emergency low-pressure breathing air from SCBA cylinders or vehicle-mounted storage cylinders. Advanced models feature multiple air pressure regulators for confined space rescue, mid-range pressure for rescue tools, and high-pressure emergency air cylinder filling systems.
Choose from standard MACK™ units or customize one to meet your department’s air handling needs.

MACK-NFPA™ Rescue Series
The MACK-NFPA™ series was developed specifically for Fire/Rescue teams working under NFPA guidelines. The NFPA version of the MACK™ unit comes in two standard models. Each has two separate regulator/manifold systems and two SCBA connect whips provided for each regulator. In the event of a regulator malfunction, the standby regulator system serves as a backup
The MACK-NFPA3™ adds a regulator isolation valve to allow one or both air sources to be used simultaneously.
MACK-3™
The MACK-3™ System contains an isolation valve used to separate breathing air manifolds so the unit can be used in rescue operations. The MACK-3™ design was implemented to conform with NFPA confined space entry rescue regulations.
Key Features
- CGA-347 male inlet adapter supplied with pressure cap to connect to a high-pressure cylinder system
- Air source isolation valve
- One low-pressure, 125 psi, breathing air manifold with relief valves
- One low-pressure manifold, max 125 psi, for lift bags and tools
- One medium pressure regulator, 275 psi maximum, for air tools
- Inlet whips can be connected to 2216 or 4500 psi cylinder
- 5,500 psi Option Available
- Low-pressure alarm whistle
- Optional cylinder fill regulator (MACK-3FA)
MACK-5500™
The MACK-5500™ Series enhances the standard MACK unit with the capability to handle higher incoming pressures for modern SCBAs and mobile cascade systems. These advanced breathing air regulators manage inlet pressures from 500 psi to 5,500 psi, ensuring precise outlet pressures and flow to connected respirators.
Features include:
- “Set and forget” outlet control
- Easily identifiable and manageable air circuits
These improvements allow the operator to manage and cycle various input sources as needed efficiently.
