The Honeywell Handheld Pump is a lightweight accessory designed to add remote sampling capability to compatible portable diffusion gas monitors. Built for everyday industrial environments, it enables users to switch easily between diffusion and pumped operation, supporting spot checks, clearing, and extended sampling without replacing existing detectors.
The pump works with Honeywell’s existing detector fleet, including the BW Flex 4, BW Clip 4, and BW Solo, using the standard flow adaptor already supplied with these instruments. Snap-on fittings and quick-connect accessories allow probes or tubing to be changed as sampling needs evolve, with support for remote sampling distances up to 45 m (147 ft) and a nominal flow rate of 450 ± 50 cc/min.
Single-button operation and clear visual and audible status indicators make the pump simple to use and train on, while a single charge delivers up to 24 hours of run time to keep equipment available during a shift. Certified for use in explosive atmospheres under ATEX, IECEx, UL, and CSA approvals, the Handheld Pump is built for reliable performance across a wide range of industries and regions.
